Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original designer box and use a padded mailer to ensure the metal and gemstones are protected during transit.
Ship with Tracking
Affix your provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the item back; we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our metalsmiths verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
